In other characterless Ferengi of TNG , only Dr. Reyga has his own color. I miss him.
After Dr.Reyga left, Dr Crasher and La Forge was developing his metaphasic shielding, and completed it in ‘Descent’, Part Ⅱ(6x26). It’s a minor comfort.
