A super-quick piece of fanart for Inside Out by @allprevailing, aka the story that (with its ongoing sequel) devoured my last couple days. (And was probably not the best thing to read in the midst of watching the last four or five episodes of DS9, if I wanted to avoid having all the feelings all at once. I had to try and get some of them out.)
It’s an AU in which Garak is a sleeper agent in deep cover as a Bajoran tailor when the events of DS9 begin, and it’s long, meaty and thoughtful. Highly recommended.

reflecting on bashir being a snugglebug and wrapping all his limbs around garak spidermonkey-like, to express affection but also bc garak has a habit of disappearing from their space apartment in the middle of the night like a weirdo and bashir wants to discourage that behavior because he wants morning after cuddles

A Deep Dish Nine G/B commission from cosmictuesdays, who actually gave me the pairing, medium, price, and an mp3, and told me to go forth and let the rest of it be a surprise! This is the result of a request to work with I 4 U U 4 Me and Julian/Elim~
Glasses!Ponytail!Elim were not part of the original request, but they are here regardless!

Garak hadn’t intended to lay hands on the young doctor when he’d approached him.
The touch was innocent to human and Bajoran eyes. Well, as innocent as any Cardassian touching a stranger could be perceived…. But to another Cardassian, it would have been aggressive, proprietary. The staking of a claim.
But there was only Garak. And the exhibitionist little thrill he took in the unacknowledged intimacy of the gesture.
Garak, that touch didn’t look innocent to literally anyone.
