And you also know that at some point at least one of them will be like “Anyway thanks for the chat, but it’s already been 15 minutes and I miss my T’hy’la” and the other will completely agree

ON THE OTHER HAND Jim and Nyota have the best laughs because “Have you tried moving her vulcan meditation lamp 1 inch to the left? YOU GOTTA!!!!” or “I swear jim you have to show takeshi’s castle to spock and film his reaction, I regret not filming t’pring so much”
AHHHHHH OF COURSE THEY DO. And they place bets on which Vulcan will reach their human first when they’ve been separated for a while. Also on which Vulcan will snap first when Jim and Uhura trade “My vulcan is cuter than your vulcan” selfies for hours.
