Spock’s strength would really come in handy hauling Jim around
- obviously, carrying Jim out of dangerous missions when he gets hurt does something stupid or brave or brave and stupid
- carrying Jim home after a particularly drunken shore leave
- dragging Jim away from fights that a commanding officer should really know better than to get into
- bundling up a sleepy Jim and carrying him to bed after a long day
- and all the reasons Spock doesn’t like Jim sharing with the general public
