I made this to show that in my head canon Vulcans are very feline like, I think it fits them so well. I also realize there are many who do not agree with me. I have actually, apparently, insulted someone by thinking vulcans are so feline like. Go figure. So have some spoof fanart of some truly amazing art!

Spock knows the names of every crewmember and makes a point to ask his science staff about their side projects/personal projects when he has the chance. As long as they do their best, he's endlessly patient and supportive and a great teacher.

Outside the science department, people are scared of and intimidated by Spock. When an ensign gets transferred in she’s so scared of spock until someone pulls her aside and is like. “Look, Spock looks scary on the outside but he’s… sweet.” When that same ensign breaks up with her girlfriend who’s stationed on another ship, Spock is the first one to bring her a muffin and tell her that “I have been made aware that chocolate and complex carbohydrates are calming to humans in distress. Therefore I have procured it from the galley.” It’s not until later that day that she realizes that if it’s from the galley then Spock used one of his precious ration cards to get something for her. Just a random ensign working in one of the ship’s labs.
