he feels like he is part of this super secret club where he gets to make Spock flustered and adorable and show how much he cares about him without anyone else knowing (everyone else knows, he’s not subtle)
he tries to do them all the time. in the halls. at meetings. even at first contacts. because he has never been this happy and he just wants to show Spock
and even if it is horribly embarrassing, and now everyone knows that Spock has emotions, Spock loves it too
